What an amazing dining experience. Everything from the food, the mellow vibe, and great service. I made the mistake of not making a reservation the first night in Fairbanks but I was determined. Made a reservation for the next day and was not disappointed! Rico's service was amazing he remembered me from the previous night and welcomed me in
This place is amazing! Hubby took me here for my birthday and I can say he did good picking this place. The owner was very welcoming, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The food is delicious from the appetizer, the meal is mouth watering very single bite. We had Tapas, Spicy shrimp, and Salmon Cuban style the sauce was so creamy and rich. The non- alcoholic mango breeze was refreshing. The flavors like my Mom would call it oh lala which means it was very good. As a travel agent at Beyond Blessed Travels, I explore restaurants to recommend to my clients when visiting Alaska. If you have not been to this restaurant I highly recommend you go and try it out.
Haven't even finished yet, and this place is phenomenal. Absolutely get a reservation as it's popular but cozy.. not quite intimate, but it's small for seating. Shrimp cocktail with plantain chips would have been great if I was alone, but made an excellent starter.. probably the only place you're likely to find Cuban style salmon, so don't miss it. Overall, loved this place.:) if we come back to Fairbanks, I'll have to try more!
What a Gem! Fantastic food, great wine & beer selection and the owner is great. If you’re looking for fast & cheap it’s not the place. If you’re looking to relax & enjoy quality food and service then go! I can’t recommend it enough.
We had the most amazing meal here! My husband got their seafood pasta, we shared their fresh Cuban bread and the owner went out of his way to make me a cubano even though it was not on the menu. We also shared the flan and everything was 10/10 phenomenal
Chef Rico is very welcoming, and the vibes in this place are great for anyone looking for a great cuban meal. (So delicious). I was lucky enough to chat with him about many different subjects and have a few laughs. Then he was kind enough to let me play his drum set as he played a Carlos Santana song on the keyboard. Fantastic food, Fantastic service, and great conversation and a quick Jam. Will be back again soon!
I came to Alaska to celebrate my birthday and this place helped make this trip AMAZING!!!! The atmosphere, service, delicious cuisine, friendly service... this place is a real treat! Anyone coming to Fairbanks should most DEFINITELY look this place up. You will NOT be disappointed! And don't get me started on the live music
10/10 recommend! Food was absolutely delicious.. best steak I've had in fairbanks. Owner was so attentive and friendly! Fast service! Will definitely be returning
